All orders received by us from Monday to Friday until approx. 14:30 are shipped the same day. At the same time you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number of the Swiss Post AG. Already on the next day, after your parcel has passed the Swiss customs, you can track your shipment at the Swiss Post (www.post.ch) or via your customer account.
The delivery time is two to three working days. If your parcel is lighter than 2000g, your postman will also deliver your parcel on Saturday.
The specified delivery time of two to three working days is not a guarantee, but a guideline. Sometimes the delivery time is also longer - in this case we neither take responsibility for the longer delivery time nor are any delays a reason for a refund. The same applies to delays caused by force majeure or other circumstances beyond our control.

...no problem! You can enter a different delivery address when ordering or add it as a comment to the order. Please note that special requests can delay the shipping.
As long as your package has not yet been packed, we can still make address changes. After that no changes are possible.

Snus is (like food) a perishable commodity. Therefore returns are not possible.
